Aaron Sheeks

President | Managing Partner

Dedicated husband, father of 4 amazing little girls, and proud leader of The AutoMiner Team. Aaron is a former U.S. Naval Officer and proud Veteran that strives to bring a sense of service and mission to The AutoMiner. He’s dedicated in ensuring all clients are achieving great success and positive relationships with their AutoMiner partnership. His journey started in Ashland, Ohio and he later went on to earn his B.A. from the University of North Florida and his M.B.A from Trident International University all while on active duty. He’s had proven success building successful sales and support teams at places like Gubagoo and ZeroSum while working hand-in-hand with top dealer groups in the country on their retail processes. He has massive goals of building first-class sales & service automotive software and developing a housing community for under-served Veterans. His children think he is way cooler than he really is, and his wife knows better.

Tom Azbill

Vice President | Business Development

Tom Azbill has over 34 years of experience working in Automotive Retail. Tom got his start selling Fords in Arkansas, and within a few years was successfully leading a sales team.

 

Tom used his experience to help retailers as a consultant. He has held leadership positions in sales, consulting, sales operations and training. His passion for learning has helped him become a pioneer in digital marketing, social media, direct marketing and market intelligence.

Coco Arowolo

Vice President | Growth & Strategy

Coco has worked in the automotive space for over 20 years, and has trained and coached well over 3000 dealerships on customer engagement, objections, and sales.

 

Her drive and tenacity aligns with the company culture and vision to ensure we capitalize on dealer partner relationships she’s forged through the years.

 

Coco is certified in teaching the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People work study by Stephen R. Covey and applies the habits in her own personal life. If she’s not helping her client-partners drive results, her hands are full, raising two young boys Ezra and Shem, with her husband Kunle 12 of years.

Rob Edwards

Vice President | Client Services

Rob started his Automotive Digital Career in 2012 as a dealer support manager. Over the years as he grew to love the industry, he continued to learn many aspects within the digital realm from full digital marketing services including traffic, website conversion, social, and data mining, etc. Using these skills his career took off, with roles in which he managed 16 OEM partner relationships as well as managing one US based company's overseas automotive launches including the UK and Australia. When he has free time you can find him roaming the open waters of Florida on his boat and spending time with his wife and son.

Michael Peace

Director of Business Administration

Michael has over the last 6 years been in various sales and administrative assistant roles. He enjoys assisting others and working collaboratively with a team. He was born and raised in Florida, served in the U.S. Navy for 5 years, and now resides in Port Orange, FL with his wife and animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). In his spare time you will find him watching sports with his wife, playing video games with the boys, or enjoying some fresh air with their pups.

Philip Baum

Regional Sales Director

Philip started his automotive career back in 2012. He supported clients as an account manager and eventually transitioned to sales in 2013.  He's helped clients with messaging, retailing, website conversion, social media, etc... and now data mining and marketing with The Autominer! "All the folks I’ve met and worked with over the years are awesome. I love what I do :)"

Since being in automotive, he can’t see himself going to another industry ever! 

 

A few hobbies of his are: traveling with his lady, jamming on guitar, playing poker or wearing a sweatband while playing video games.

Gary Hearn

Account Director

Born and raised in South Florida, a dedicated husband and father of one awesome little boy! Gary brings a wealth of knowledge being involved on the vendor side of automotive with experience in software, auto programs, as well as a full-service automotive ad agency.

He takes a consultative approach to building long-term relationships and on a mission to help dealers break records and achieve record profit like never before.

When he’s not helping our dealers achieve their goals, he’s spending time with his family and two rescue pups, swinging kettlebells, or rooting on the Florida panthers!

Heather LeMay

Dealer Success Manager

Heather has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years, and has enjoyed working closely with dealers to connect with their customers.  She is  a Florida native, living in the Daytona area for most of her life, and the beach has always been her happy place. When she is not working, she loves watching baseball, especially her Chicago Cubs; or spending time with her family and cats (if you’re lucky, you could meet one on a video call!). 

Tyler Fleming

Subject Matter Expert

Tyler Fleming was born in a small suburb outside of Philadelphia, and moved to Jacksonville, Florida when he was around six years old. He's been in the marketing industry for a little over 3 years now. He loves the creative aspects of marketing, and being able to think outside the box when working for or with a client is something he lives for. When he's not working, he loves to write music, sing, and watch sports, (despite how painful his favorite teams from Philadelphia make it for him).

Alexis Powers

Subject Matter Expert

Alexis Powers has been in the automotive industry for a little over 4 years. She is originally from a small town in Iowa and moved to Florida back in 2015. She is on schedule to graduate with her Associates Degree in Summer 2022 at Daytona State College, and transfer to a University to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Editing, Writing, and Media. If she is not working or studying you can find her pushing her limits at the gym, trail running, or reading a good book!
