Coco Arowolo

Vice President | Growth & Strategy

Coco has worked in the automotive space for over 20 years, and has trained and coached well over 3000 dealerships on customer engagement, objections, and sales.

 

Her drive and tenacity aligns with the company culture and vision to ensure we capitalize on dealer partner relationships she’s forged through the years.

 

Coco is certified in teaching the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People work study by Stephen R. Covey and applies the habits in her own personal life. If she’s not helping her client-partners drive results, her hands are full, raising two young boys Ezra and Shem, with her husband Kunle 12 of years.

Aaron Sheeks

President | Managing Partner

Dedicated husband, father of 4 amazing little girls, and proud leader of The AutoMiner Team. Aaron is a former U.S. Naval Officer and proud Veteran that strives to bring a sense of service and mission to The AutoMiner. He’s dedicated in ensuring all clients are achieving great success and positive relationships with their AutoMiner partnership. His journey started in Ashland, Ohio and he later went on to earn his B.A. from the University of North Florida and his M.B.A from Trident International University all while on active duty. He’s had proven success building successful sales and support teams at places like Gubagoo and ZeroSum while working hand-in-hand with top dealer groups in the country on their retail processes. He has massive goals of building first-class sales & service automotive software and developing a housing community for under-served Veterans. His children think he is way cooler than he really is, and his wife knows better.

Philip Baum

Regional Sales Director

Philip started his automotive career back in 2012. He supported clients as an account manager and eventually transitioned to sales in 2013.  He's helped clients with messaging, retailing, website conversion, social media, etc... and now data mining and marketing with The Autominer! "All the folks I’ve met and worked with over the years are awesome. I love what I do :)"

Since being in automotive, he can’t see himself going to another industry ever! 

 

A few hobbies of his are: traveling with his lady, jamming on guitar, playing poker or wearing a sweatband while playing video games.

Heather LeMay

National Director of Client Services

Heather has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years, and has enjoyed working closely with dealers to connect with their customers.  She is  a Florida native, living in the Daytona area for most of her life, and the beach has always been her happy place. When she is not working, she loves watching baseball, especially her Chicago Cubs; or spending time with her family and cats (if you’re lucky, you could meet one on a video call!). 

Michael Peace

Director of Business Administration

Michael has over the last 6 years been in various sales and administrative assistant roles. He enjoys assisting others and working collaboratively with a team. He was born and raised in Florida, served in the U.S. Navy for 5 years, and now resides in Port Orange, FL with his wife and animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). In his spare time you will find him watching sports with his wife, playing video games with the boys, or enjoying some fresh air with their pups.

Tom Azbill

Vice President | Business Development

Tom Azbill has over 34 years of experience working in Automotive Retail. Tom got his start selling Fords in Arkansas, and within a few years was successfully leading a sales team.

 

Tom used his experience to help retailers as a consultant. He has held leadership positions in sales, consulting, sales operations and training. His passion for learning has helped him become a pioneer in digital marketing, social media, direct marketing and market intelligence.

Kathryn Torchia

Account Director

Kathryn was born and raised in Chicago, her Automotive career landed her in Florida. Her love for Automotive began as a child growing up around a father who bought and restored old classic cars as a hobby. Officially diving into the industry in 2010 on the vendor side with experience in software, auto programs, automotive ad agency, OEM, and eventually real world dealership experience. When she is not working you can find her at the beach, farmers market, trying new recipes, or with her rescue pup Hugh. 

Gary Hearn

Account Director

Born and raised in South Florida, a dedicated husband and father of one awesome little boy! Gary brings a wealth of knowledge being involved on the vendor side of automotive with experience in software, auto programs, as well as a full-service automotive ad agency.

 

He takes a consultative approach to building long-term relationships and on a mission to help dealers break records and achieve record profit like never before.

 

When he’s not helping our dealers achieve their goals, he’s spending time with his family and two rescue pups, swinging kettlebells, or rooting on the Florida panthers!

Connor Shelton

Subject Matter Expert

Connor has spent the last 8 years in various sales and support roles. In 2021 he graduated from Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh North Carolina with an Associates degree in Business Administration. He loves the opportunity to work in a creative environment where he can help businesses grow. Connor recently moved to Florida 4 years ago and now resides in Daytona Beach with his lovely wife Sarah. In their free time they love to explore the Orlando theme parks and spend time with their dog and cat.

Melissa Seichter

Senior Director of OEM Programs

I grew up in Louisiana and have been in the Automotive Industry my whole life. My family still has a dealer group with stores in Baton Rouge and Lafayette that my brothers are currently running. My father has had a "5 year plan" to retire for at least the last 10 years!

 

After working at my family's group, building the Internet and Marketing Departments, and assisting in launching 2 new points in the same year, I left the family business and moved up to Chicago to work for FCA as their Digital Marketing Manager. All in all I have been in Chicago for a little over 8 years now. I've been on the dealer, OEM, digital provider, and consultant sides of the business and have loved every second of my career.

Hudsen Smith

Director of Creative and Compliance

Hudsen has been in the automotive marketing industry since 2008, working in the creative and marketing departments of automotive software companies. His one goal is to make the customer look good. He has managed everything from print & digital media, to software & ad compliance. Born in Detroit, he has motor oil (now electricity also) in his blood. He resides in Florida with his family and enjoys the weekend BBQ lifestyle.

Dillian Barton

Subject Matter Expert

Dillian Barton was born in a small town in Iowa and moved to Florida in 2015. While TheAutominer is his first job in the Automotive industry, he brings over 6+ years of customer service experience and he strives to learn as much knowledge as possible to execute marketing for his dealers effectively. When he is not working, you can find him playing some of his favorite video games or working on the small business he shares with his sister! 

Tyler Fleming

Subject Matter Expert

Tyler Fleming was born in a small suburb outside of Philadelphia, and moved to Jacksonville, Florida when he was around six years old. He's been in the marketing industry for a little over 3 years now. He loves the creative aspects of marketing, and being able to think outside the box when working for or with a client is something he lives for. When he's not working, he loves to write music, sing, and watch sports, (despite how painful his favorite teams from Philadelphia make it for him).

Alexis Powers

Subject Matter Expert

Alexis Powers has been in the automotive industry for a little over 4 years. She is originally from a small town in Iowa and moved to Florida back in 2015. She is on schedule to graduate with her Associates Degree in Summer 2022 at Daytona State College, and transfer to a University to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Editing, Writing, and Media. If she is not working or studying you can find her pushing her limits at the gym, trail running, or reading a good book!

Noah Kauffman

Director of Sales

Noah has been helping companies solve complex technical business challenges in various industries for more than 15 years. To his clients, Noah is a trusted advisor known for his track record of successful projects and his radical honesty. Noah was born and raised in Toronto, Canada - which is why he's so damn nice.

 

When he's not working, you can find him hiking with his partner, Courtney, and their dog Jerry Grrrcia, making his own homemade soap or Kombucha. Don't let his hippy persona fool you, he's here to help you make money.

Blake Norberg

Vice President of Sales

Blake brings almost 18 years of experience in automotive to the AutoMiner. He began his career working as an F&I Specialist and District Manager with Pat Ryan & Associates, Inc. He then transitioned back to the family F&I Agency, C.D. Norberg & Associates, Inc. where he helped develop multiple streams of revenue. Soon, he met a friend in automotive that taught him digital marketing and the art of building the highest converting websites in the industry. Blake left the family business to help scale fusionZONE Automotive and Lead Revenue. Having grown up in the car business and worked in over 50 dealerships, Blake is very passionate about helping dealers become more profitable and efficient. Blake holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Alabama. When he is not working, he enjoys watching the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Kevin Maurer

Subject Matter Expert

Born in Maryland, grew up in Utah, moved to Florida when I was 13 and graduated from Florida State University in May of 2022, graduating with my Bachelors of Science in Criminology and a minor in IT. I love helping people and am always striving to better myself through hard work and effort. I look forward to my next chapter working with The Autominer and helping dealers succeed with their marketing.
